With satisfied customers, we can ensure that you are getting everything you need to keep scrapbooking in Singapore. We follow a list of 10 commandment when it comes to scrapbook customer service.

The 10 Rules We Stick to for You

  1. The customer is the boss.

We aim to please you, and you alone. You, as the consumer, are large and in charge. We will never do something that you are adverse to, and if we do, we will immediately rectify the situation. You are welcome to contact us at any time from our toll-free numbers, email and other support methods at any time with questions, comments and concerns. If you have a suggestion in how we can provide better service, we will do everything in our power to do so. You are the ones who make it possible for us to provide scrapbooking tools and accessories.

  1. We will always listen.

More than that, we ask questions to determine your needs better. We focus on what you have to say and make note of it so that we can be sure that you are better served. We are trained to understand tones, body language and feelings, but we also understand your words and meaning. We won’t make assumptions, rather we will ask you to clarify so that we may better understand. We combine effective listening and undivided attention to know what is most important to you.

  1. We aim to anticipate your needs.

By anticipating and identifying your needs ahead of time, we can ensure that there are no problems in the near future. In fact, the best part about scrapbooking is how fun it is. Thus, we ensure that we provide fun and creative topics, suggestions, products and supplies that will further enhance your scrapbooking experience. In addition, we aim to include tutorials and more to allow you to learn new ways to scrapbook and inspiration. We encourage communication, both from us to you and from you to us, so that we may be aware of changes in needs or problems.

  1. We want you to know that you are important and appreciated.

You aren’t an order number and shipping address. You have a name, personality and difference from others. We recognize that. We love to get to know our customers, including their preferences in terms of scrapbooking and more. You are awesome and we love you all (platonically of course).

  1. We are always looking for ways to help you.

No matter your request, well within reason, we are eager to be there and do it. Beyond that, we want to know what else we can do after that. We want to make your experience with us as easy going and simple as possible to ensure that there aren’t any complications. We will never say that we are going to do something, and then not do it. Beyond being against most of our own moral codes, it isn’t proper when it comes to serving a customer.

  1. We know how to apologize.

If anything goes wrong with the website, something happens with shipping or anything else, we are deeply and sincerely apologetic. You shouldn’t have to wait longer or discover that something is missing from your package. While we have never had such a thing occur before, that does not mean it never will and we will always acknowledge a problem, correct it and make up for it. While it isn’t fun, it allows us to further improve our website, methods and more.

  1. We encourage feedback.

We welcome constructive criticism and positive feedback alike. These comments are exactly how we can continue to thrive. We can improve on our services and products, as well as our website. We value your criticism, so we make it easy for you to get in touch with to complain. We love to hear from you, whether it is negative or positive. We will always check back with you after the issue is resolved to ensure that everything is still running smoothly for you.
